Shipping Terms

Scope of Shipping:

Purchaser's Responsibility: All shipping arrangements, including but not limited to carrier selection, freight booking, customs clearance (at the destination country), and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Ex Works (EXW): Unless otherwise specified, all transactions are executed on an Ex Works (EXW) basis, with the designated pickup site being at Godowns in either the indicated location after the sale or Voolapalli/Darsi. Once the products are made accessible at our authorized collection site, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage.

Support and Assistance:

Provided Support: Countryman Pulse Traders can provide reasonable support and assistance to the purchaser in their shipping arrangements upon request. This may include:

  • Providing accurate weight, dimension, and product information for shipping documentation.

  • Assisting with the preparation of necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list).

  • Facilitating communication with the purchaser's selected carrier.

  • Limitation of Liability: While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, Countryman Pulse Traders is not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues arising from the purchaser's chosen carrier or their shipping process. Any advice or information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of successful delivery.

Packaging:

Standard Packaging: All goods will be packaged in a manner suitable for transport, following standard industry practices for the specific products being shipped.

Special Requirements: Any special packaging requests must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.

Documentation:

Required Documents: Countryman Pulse Traders will provide the necessary export documents to the purchaser's designated carrier at the time of pickup. These documents will typically include:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Any other documents required for export from the origin country.

  • Customs Clearance: The purchaser is responsible for providing any additional documentation required for customs clearance in the destination country.

Pickup and Delivery:

Pickup Time: The purchaser or their designated carrier must adhere to the agreed-upon pickup time usually with-in 24-hours of the inspection. Any delays beyond 7 days will incur additional storage fees. The purchaser has to pick up the items within 90 days of the order; otherwise, the order gets cancelled, and the refund minus any applicable charges like transaction charges, administration fees, stocking fees, and storage fees will be processed back to the original payment method.

Inspection: The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the goods at the time of pickup. If pick-up is not arranged immediately following the inspection, the purchaser will assume responsibility for the products. Once the goods have been inpected and loaded and the carrier has departed, any claims for shortages or damages will not be accepted.

Force Majeure:

Countryman Pulse Traders shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

By placing an order with Countryman Pulse Traders, the purchaser agrees to and accepts these shipping terms.
